Exchange and Return Policy: 

 

 

You have 10 days after receipt of delivery to exchange or return your order. 

 

Items must be unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached. 

 

Exchanges and returns are subject to a courier fee which is the responsibility of the client. 

 

If you have paid duties and taxes on your order, you may want to contact a customs agent to get a refund. Rosenkrantz is unfortunately unable to assist in this matter. 

 

We are unable to accept exchanges and returns on personalized or custom made pieces. 

 

Please check your order when you receive it. Please indicate on the delivery note if you believe your order is damaged. 

 

Should your pieces arrive damaged and need repair or replacement, Rosenkrantz will gladly offer this service free of charge. 

 

 

How to Exchange or Return: 

 

Step 1

Contact us using the link below with your order number, and the items you wish to exchange or return. Please indicate whether you wish to exchange or return the items. 

 

Step 2 

We will send you an email with the return number and instructions on how to package the item for the exchange or return. 

 

Step 3

Once payment for the exchange or return has been made, we will book a pickup time and date that is convenient for you. 

 

Step 4

Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to see if they are eligible for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 5 working days for this. 

 

Step 5

If the return gets approved, we will offer you a refund either by your original form of payment or give you store credit. For an exchange, we will send you the item requested. 

 

 

Fine Jewelry

 

These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging, and any designer cards or tags included.

Late Returns

 

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Rosenkrantz and may only be refunded as a store credit.

 

Faulty goods

 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
