Exchange and Return Policy:

You have 10 days after receipt of delivery to exchange or return your order.

Items must be unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Exchanges and returns are subject to a courier fee which is the responsibility of the client.

If you have paid duties and taxes on your order, you may want to contact a customs agent to get a refund. Rosenkrantz is, unfortunately, unable to assist in this matter.

We are unable to accept exchanges and returns on personalized or custom made pieces.

Please check your order when you receive it. Please indicate on the delivery note if you believe your order is damaged.

Should your pieces arrive damaged and need repair or replacement, Rosenkrantz will gladly offer this service free of charge.
