    • Shipping Policy

      All Rosenkrantz purchases are exclusive of customized shipping fees, duties and taxes.

      Kindly allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before they are shipped. In case we do not have the order in stock it will take up to 14 days for the order to be ready to ship.

      All orders require a signature upon receipt and cannot be shipped to Postal Office Addresses. If there is an issue with the clients shipping address, the client will be contacted by a representative via email. 

      Please be aware that date of delivery shall only be taken as an indication, Rosenkrantz is not responsible or accountable for shipping delays, theft or damage after your order has been dispatched. 

    • Returns and Exchange Policy

      At Rosenkrantz, we guarantee our clients the highest quality of responsible African jewelry.

      In the unlikely event that an item requires repair as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the piece of jewelry free of charge.

      The client will bear the cost for repair and shipping of any piece of jewelry returned for after a duration of one month after purchase.

       Apply for a Return or an Exchange for a used piece of jewelry no later than 10 days of receipt of delivery.

      The piece of jewelry should not have scratches or any other visible wear. It should be in its original packaging and proof of purchase provided. Any claim submitted thereafter will be declined.

      Upon successful return of their purchase, Rosenkrantz will refund the purchase price in the form of the original payment. 

    • Care Instructions

      Fine jewelry should always be removed whilst doing chores, using household cleaners or before diving into chlorinated swimming pool.

      Avoid banging your jewelry against hard surfaces or using force whilst wearing or removing it as this may cause damage.

      When traveling, protect your Rosenkrantz jewelry from scratches or other impact damage by padding it in a separate box or case.

      Sudden temperature changes and excessive heat can fracture some gemstones, heat can easily remove the natural moisture that some gemstones need to keep their beauty.

      Exposure to chemicals can harm some gemstones and damage or discolour precious metals.

      Everyday substances like hair sprays, lotion, perfume and/or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that can permanently damage delicate gems like pearls & turquoise.
